Leslie Jacobs.

Jacobs’ Ladder is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency which utilizes volunteers, and donations of horses, services, and monetary gifts to provide for our students and program operation. Your support is important for the continuance and growth of Jacobs’ Ladder. Some of the areas in which your help is needed is listed below.

Volunteers

Whatever your interests, we have a place for you. We need volunteers to help the students, to work with horses, to maintain the equipment, do barn chores, and do pasture mowing.

The program needs quiet and patient horses and ponies on a donation basis. Click here to see more photographs of these amazing animals. Click Here to see if your horse has what it takes to be a Jacobs’ Ladder Horse?

Funding

Your tax deductible donation will help feed and care for horses, buy equipment and pay for insurance plus other necessary operating costs. It also may be used to provide scholarship money for a student unable to afford lesson charges.

Professional Services

A donation of time by accountants, lawyers, farriers, veterinarians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, recreational therapists, etc., reduces the annual budget considerably.

Equipment

Donations of supplies and new or used horse-related items, and office equipment. Please ask for our current needs.
