the death of a participant in equestrian activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities."

I, the undersigned, agree to the following conditions involved with any of the horses, animals, & equipment. I assume all risks associated with the horses, horseback riding or the handling of animals or equipment & release the Jacobs', as a family, & Jacobs' Ladder, as a business, from any & all liability for injuries or damages sustained by myself or my child while engaged in horseback riding or any other associated activities. I further agree to use the horses or any other animals, & equipment in a safe manner & only as directed.

A parent or guardian must sign this release if the participant is under 18 years of age.
